Bharath Kalyan and Jeebanjyoti Pani, students of XIM University, Bhubaneswar, successfully completed their 45-day Rural Living and Learning Experience (RLLE) with CriTech, a mandatory component of their Rural Management (MBA) course.

In May 2025, Er. Jeshika Thadeyus, Er. Jobi Sherina, and Er. Berlinda Lenora B. joined for an internship program supported by CriTech, which provided technical assistance. The internship was conducted under the banner of the Federation of Indian Fisher Organizations (FIFO). All participating students were awarded certificates and stipends. The selected topic for their internship was “Artificial Intelligence for Fishing Harbour Management.”
